FAQs
Do I need to be at the shoot?

Not at all. We direct everything on site, from styling to shot list. You are welcome to join, but it is not required. All content days are in Miami, and you will get BTS during the content day.
How long until I get my content?

Edited content is delivered within 5 to 7 business days after the shoot.

What happens if I need to reschedule?
Let us know as early as possible. Since studio and model bookings are arranged separately, you'll also want to coordinate any date changes directly with them. We'll do our best to find a new date that works, as long as it's outside the cancellation window.
Do you accept payment plans?

Yes. Booking works on a simple 3-payment structure: 50% deposit to secure your date, 25% due 14 days before your session, and the final 25% due on the day of the shoot before we begin. All payments are collected before any work starts.
